Dancers are always fun to photograph because they know how to move their bodies and it makes our job as photographers really easy and fun!

What was your inspiration for this photo shoot?
Sophia, she is a dancer and how beautiful she moves in front of the camera!

Where did this photo shoot take place?
We went to 3 different places, I pretty much made sure the location was what we were looking for with each outfit.

Did you collaborate with this senior to come up with the clothing and/or concept for this shoot?
Yes! I help her and grabbed things from her closet too. She had her favorite clothes picked up and together we came up with the perfect outfits for her.

What camera, lens or other equipment was used for this shoot?
Mark III 5D and my lenses were 70-200 and 85

What time of day were these taken?
2-5pm

Can you share any post-processing techniques used when editing this session?
I start my process in LR and then I move to PS

What is your favorite thing about this session?
The way Sophia got into character with each outfit.

What do you want this session to convey about this senior and about your senior photography style?
You can see the glamour and sophistication in each image.

What is one tip you can share with other photographers regarding photographing seniors?
Maybe to let them take over sometimes when the seniors are this good in front of the camera! they know what they are doing and they can give you more, if you let them express themselves during the shoot.
