Part of having a senior models is picking the right models for your spokesmodel team.  When I first started, I asked for names from a friend and reached out to those people myself, asking them to do this new thing called a spokesmodel team.  After that, I started having people want to be a part of the team! By then, I needed a way to choose which girls best fit my brand and my goal for the team. In today’s episode of The Seniorologie Podcast, I am sharing 3 tips for picking the right models for your spokesmodel team and my process of how I choose models for my team!!

• Research – We have to be proactive and do a little research to find out information to help us determine if an applicant is the right choice for our teams.  Checking out social media and asking some of your current models is a great way to find out more information on each applicant.
• Interview each applicant! – The application and the research are just a piece of the puzzle.  The final piece is to meet applicants in person so you can make sure what you read on the application fits the actual person!  This is where you really get to know the true personality and see if it fits in well with your brand.
