Happy New Year!!!  As a new year approaches, we all start looking at our businesses and making new resolutions and brainstorming new ideas in which to incorporate in the new year.  It is also a great time to reflect on what you did right and what you were successful at in 2015.  Instead of just making a list of resolutions for the next year that might include things that you didn’t do in 2015, make two lists:

• a list of things you want to accomplish in 2016
• a list of things you did accomplish in 2015!

Be proud of where you are and what you have done and celebrate the successes, small or big!!

Amaze Yourself this Year!!!  Do things that you never thought you could do!  Push yourself, don’t be held back by fear, believe in yourself and watch your goals get crossed off that list!  Don’t concentrate on things you may not have done but rather celebrate the things you did do!  Reflect and Be Proud of all that you did in 2015 and be confident that 2016 will be an amazing year!

We want to hear from YOU!!!  What are you proud of and what are your biggest accomplishments in 2015??  And what do you want to accomplish in 2016??

I can sometimes get caught up in the things I didn’t do and forget about all the things I did do.  But when I stop and think about what I did do, I am proud.  A lot of time we don’t celebrate others and in this business I think we need all the support we can get to help celebrate each other and our accomplishments!!

So here are a few of the things I am proud of…

• Continued to provide a blog that gives photographers inspiration and education and allows others to celebrate the beautiful work of fellow photographers
• Co-Created and AMAZING Conference with 12 talented speakers that were open and honest and helped each attendee feel like family and learn and grow in their businesses  #conference12family #conferencetwelve2015
• Started building a house which has always been a dream and is now finally a reality
• Mentored photographers and helped them grow their businesses
• Working on a fabulous new website – Coming Soon!!
• Made time for my family and didn’t miss my kids baseball or football games
• Built fabulous relationships with my Senior Spokesmodels and Senior Clients that continue to grow
