Seniors don’t always fit into one specific style.  A lot of times they are both edgy and classic; glamorous and boho.  In this session below, you see an example of a beautiful senior’s classy and elegant style mixed with her glamourous and edgy side.

“What inspired me for this shoot was Sydney’s vision to have two separate looks to show off her personality,” said Morgan Blackburn of Clara Bella Photography.  “Her first look was edgy and glamorous, and the second classy and elegant.”

Check out this beautiful session below and read what Morgan had to say about it.  Thanks for sharing your work with Seniorologie Morgan!!

What is your favorite thing about this session?
My favorite thing about this session was my gorgeous subject! Sydney and her mom were both so sweet and fun to work with, and Sydney made my job so easy! I also loved getting the opportunity to chat with Sydney a bit about San Diego and hear about her plans for school.

What do you want this session to convey about this senior and about your senior photography style?
Clearly, Sydney has a natural talent for working her striking features to create true emotion in a photo. I rarely had to give her any direction, and the camera was loving her! Her beauty is also no match against her brains; I was so happy to hear that she was accepted to her dream school!
Our style of senior photography likes to focus on capturing the subjects style and personality, producing photos with character and emotion.

What is one tip you can share with other photographers regarding photographing seniors?
One tip I would share would be to get to know your senior as best as you can. That way you make a connection with them and you can also tailor their shoot to fit their personality!
