One pair of pants with an American Flag pattern can be all it takes to create an entire session!  And that is exactly what happened when Mindy of MVG Photography spotted these pants in a magazine.  She knew she had to have them for a shoot and she knew just the senior to wear them!

What was your inspiration for this photo shoot?  I had seen the USA pants in a magazine and knew I had to have them for a shoot.  Ivy was perfect and knew how to rock them!

Where did this photo shoot take place?  I knew I wanted to stay close to hope so we went up town and shot a few with the USA pants then went to a local farmhouse that has tons of potential for many different looks.

Did you collaborate with this senior to come up with the clothing and/or concept for this shoot?  As I had stated I had the pants and asked her to come up with a shirt to go with them and Ivy did a great job!

What camera, lens or other equipment was used for this shoot?  I use the Nikon d700 and my favorite lens the 70-200.

What time of day were these taken?  Early evening

What is your favorite thing about this session?  I love that Ivy was up for anything I had on my mind(which is a little ocd and ever changing) Ivy had such cute clothes and conveyed  my style perfectly!   

What do you want this session to convey about this senior and about your senior photography style?  To always be ready for some fun and a little craziness!

What is one tip you can share with other photographers regarding photographing seniors?  I love photographing seniors, because they are so fun and up on style!  They are up for most anything and can take direction well!  Remember to just have fun and make them feel comfortable!
