What to wear for a senior photo session is one of the most important decisions clients will make.  The clothing has to be a combination of make the senior feel great, trendy but not too trendy, classic so that the senior will not look back on the photos in 10 years and think what was I thinking and most importantly photograph well.  That is a lot of pressure on an outfit! 🙂

Equally important are the shoes!  Pairing the perfect shoes to complete the outfit can be fun because what girl doesn’t love shoes! 🙂  One thing I always tell my clients is to bring an extra pair that can be used to wear when hiking through tall grass or fields and then the pretty ones to wear once we are in that perfect spot!  I, myself, wear Hunter Wellies on photo shoots so I can make sure to clear a path by stomping my way through the tall grass! 🙂
