Episode #14 -Surviving Busy Season

I just wrapped up one of my busiest seasons with the Class of 2019 and I am sighing a big sigh of relief!  Are you feeling the same?

In Episode #14 of The Seniorologie Podcast, I share with you tips for surviving the busy season, helping your clients choose the right season for their shoot so not everyone waits until the last minute and taking care of yourself no matter how busy you are.

• Educate Your Clients – Show your clients another option besides the spring right before they graduate for senior photos!  Getting more clients to schedule in another season besides spring is a great way to fill your calendar and not have all your sessions end up at the same time of year.
• Streamline Your Editing Workflow – Staying on top of culling and editing can be the key to not going insane during your busy season.  Figure out the best way for you to edit the fastest and not have to spend one more minute on an image than  you absolutely have to!
• Take Care of Yourself – This is SUPER IMPORTANT if you want to survive a busy season!  We have to physically and mentally take care of ourselves so that we can take care of our clients.  We aren’t doing anyone any good if we are not physically and mentally up to the task.
