How would it feel to already have a completely booked calendar full a spring senior photo shoots?  Pretty good, right?  One of the things I struggled with when I first started in senior photography is getting seniors to book before the actual season in which they wanted the shoot.  It was super common for them to wait until the last minute to book meanwhile I was freaking out thinking I had no clients and no booked sessions!  It is a lot less stressful to know what you have coming up as far as photoshoots than sitting back and wondering, waiting on the phone to ring.

In today’s episode of The Seniorologie Podcast, I am sharing three ways to prompt seniors to book now for spring senior sessions!  These are tactics I have used and continue to use in my own business so I know they work!!

• Share Past Spring Sessions – Seniors need to see what spring photos are like in order to want a spring senior sessions!  So repurpose that spring content from last year’s sessions now before spring even gets here!  Prime your audience to start thinking of spring and wanting that type of senior session.  I share several ways to post past spring sessions on social media in this episode!
• Create FOMO – One thing seniors don’t like is missing out on something!  So by creating a fear of missing out, you can prompt seniors to take action and book their senior session with you.
• Offer an Incentive or Freebie – Give seniors a reason to book now versus waiting until later!  Think of something that your ideal senior client would want and that does not cost you a ton of money.  Be clear about your offer and make it so they only get it if they book by a certain date!
