Today’s episode is part two of a LIVE training inside the Seniorologie Community on Facebook where I answer member’s questions about senior model teams!!  Part two is all about how to communicate to potential models (hint – DM them on Instagram), how to get those first models when you are new to the model team world, what teens really think of paid ads on social media and will they really respond to them (save your money!) and so much more!  I even review one member’s program and make suggestions!!

• What incentives should I offer – What motivates teens?  In my experience…more shoots and more photos!!  So make sure you are offering the right incentives to get your models invested in the program.
• Do paid ads work when trying to recruit models – According to my teens, NO!  But reaching out to them directly does!!  So save your money and use Instagram direct message to reach out to teens!
• How many shoots and what type of shoots work – Determining the right amount of shoots for your business needs to be a strategic decision.  How often do you want your models sharing?  When do you want them to share?  Planning shoots that allow you and your models to always have fresh content to share is key.
