Making your seniors feel special and giving them the experience of a lifetime is key to getting great word of mouth!  But that doesn’t just apply to the actual session.  Why not continue to make them feel special by giving them gifts at the holiday season?  Remind them about what a great time you had with them on their senior session and let them know that you care, not just during their session but throughout their senior year.

Whether you choose to give them a gift during the holidays, their birthday or graduation, they will feel special and know that you care about each and every one of your clients!  Talk about great word of mouth!!

Gifts can be given to all of your senior clients (if that is in your budget) or to your senior reps who have worked hard for you so far this year.  Whatever you choose to do, make sure to budget it out so that you give what is within your business budget and plan what you give your seniors.

Also, be sure to package the gifts with your branding in mind.  There are several places that offer custom printed wrapping paper (I am dying to order some!!).  You can also choose boxes, tissue paper or ribbon in your brands colors so they immediately think of you when they look at the package.  Custom stickers are also a great idea.  Print them with your logo or a special saying such as “Just for You” or even “Thank You.”

You can always highlight your brand with both the packaging and the type of gift you give.  If you are a photographer who really loves the fashion side of things and wants to bring that into your brand, choose a gift that is all about fashion.  If you are a photographer who offers hair and makeup, choose a gift that is all about that.  Other great gifts, show off the photos you took for them, reminding them of what a great photographer you are.  Teaming up with a local boutique and getting gifts from them will help build a lasting relationship with someone else in the community that caters to teens.
