During WPPI, there are lots of activities going on…classes, meet-ups and many photo shoots.  In addition to The Seniorologie Shoot Out, there were several other great senior photo shoots that took place.

Lexi Vornberg set up a couple of shoots for herself and a friend so they could both get some awesome photos for their portfolios.  I think Lexi did a great job with these shoots and I wanted to share one of them with you.  Read below for Lexi’s take on this photo shoot and check out her awesome photos!  Thanks for sharing Lexi!!

I recently had the privilege to attend WPPI for the first time and instantly I knew in my head that I “HAD” to set up a few shoots to enjoy the deserts and mountains.  After asking everyone that I knew who would have some connection to girls in Vegas we ended up with three beautiful models and 2 incredible locations.  This particular shoot was actually held on my last day in Vegas at a dried lake bed right in front of the mountains.  It definently was a new experience and a challenge for a photographer who thrives in open shade to shoot in the straight sun but our model Sydney made it a little easier.  It was also fun because I had no idea what my model would show up with and being the control freak I am I always know what my seniors are going to wear!  We ended up shooting for 4 hours and pretty much till we couldn’t anymore.  Big thanks to Wendy for driving me around Vegas 😉
