In Episode #6 of The Seniorologie Podcast, I share with you my own personal feelings of failure, examples of failures I have had in my business and ways to help you overcome those feelings o failure.  This episode is an open and honest discussion about something we all feel at times and I hope by sharing my own experience with failures I can help you!

• Change Your Mindset – See failure as a learning opportunity, a bump in the road but not an end!  Do not give up just because you failed!  Learn something, grow and try again!!
• You Are Allowed to Feel the Feels – You have my permission to feel how you are feeling!  It’s ok!!  Give yourself time to feel whatever you are feeling, step away and feel everything you are feeling, then get back to work girl!!
• Don’t Compare Yourself to Others – Comparison can compound the feelings of failure!!  Get out of the comparison game and readjust your thinking when you see someone else’s success.  Reach out to those you see as inspiration not as comparison, connect and I promise you will feel better!
• Share Your Story – I want to hear from you!!  Share your story of failure or share your feelings with me!  I am here to listen, to be your support system and cheer you on in your business!!
