The Seniorologie Podcast Episode 21 – Your Model Program Questions Answered

In this week’s episode, I am doing things a bit different because I am answering your model program questions!  Recently, I asked the Seniorologie Community on Facebook as well as on Instagram for your pressing questions regarding model programs.  And in this episode, I answer those exact questions and give you some insight into how I run my own program!

Highlights from Episode 20:

• What to do if no one applies – That is a fear that all of us have or have had at one time or another when it comes to model programs.  But remember to reach out to specific people, ask them to apply as well as advertise on social media.  Post about it often and sent out reminders to ensure you have applicants!
• Do they pay – There are many different ways to run a model program and I am a big believer in building it and creating a demand for it so that you will have people interested and willing to pay.  Growing it slowly and increasing your price along the way is key.
• What do you look for in a model – I specifically look for girls that are my ideal client.  I want models that are a good representation of the type of client that will value you what I do.
