How many of you are sitting here wondering how to make the most of your model team?  Or maybe you are thinking about creating a model team but you just don’t know how?  Or you have a model team but you don’t know how to make it better?

The best way to get your questions answered, get the help you need in your business and move your business forward is through education.  Education can come in the form of online classes, a coaching program or a one-on-one call with someone who is successfully doing what you want to do.  And the FASTEST way to accomplish what you want to accomplish is to get the help you need!

So on today’s podcast episode, I am sharing a coaching call with one of my Seniorologie Semester students, Kaitlin.  She launched her first ever model team last year and is about to choose models for her next team.  But she had some questions and wanted some guidance on making the team the best it can be!  And so she asked for help!

Asking for help in your business is not a weakness but a strength!  It can be your SUPERPOWER!

We discuss how to balance it all while having time for your senior clients as well as your models, your family and more but also giving your model team a great experience.  I answer the question…How to plan out shoots and events for your model team without giving away too much and I share the best way to get the most accurate information which is to ask your models!  Get them involved, listen to their ideas because after all they are your ideal clients!

Senior Model Teams can be such a great way to market your business and fill your calendar with paying clients if done correctly!
