We have had so much fun with the summer and fall Instagram Image Contests that we decided we needed to do one for every season!!  So now it is time to share those beautiful Winter Senior Images!!

Here’s how:

1.  Simply post your favorite Winter Inspired Senior Image that you took to your Instagram page.

2.  Tag Seniorologie – @seniorologie

3.  Use the hashtag #seniorologiewintersenior

Seniorologie will pick the top four for the month of December (images posted by Dec 31 will be considered for December’s top four) and the top four for the month of January (images post by January 31 will be considered for January’s top four) and post on the blog February 1.  We will then let the fans decide which image is the favorite and that image will appear on the top of the blog during the month of February!

Here are a few tips to get winter into your senior images:

– Winter-themed clothing – use scarves, hats, coats, gloves to illustrate the winter look!  Have fun with these items as they can be great props for your session!

– Winter-Props – Fake snow, birch wood, coffee mugs, hot chocolate and more can be used to have a fun, playful winter senior photo session!

– Background – use backgrounds that scream winter to you!  Or create your own backdrop to help inspire you!

– Good Quality Images – no matter what, make sure your images are technically correct with great color, skin tone and more!
